Where we deliver

Rosario's Clothing sends online orders to eligible street addresses in the United States through UPS. International delivery is not offered. Enter a complete, accurate address that UPS can serve; this shipping service is not available for PO boxes. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you about an available alternative or cancel and refund the unfulfilled order.

Delivery charges

Standard UPS shipping is free for eligible United States orders, regardless of order value. There is no minimum spend. We also cover the shipping cost for eligible exchange replacements.

When to expect your parcel

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
  • UPS transit: an estimated 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Combined estimate: 4–10 business days for processing and transit.

For these estimates, a business day is Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Our seven-day store opening schedule does not change this definition. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, peak periods, address corrections, or carrier interruptions. If dispatch cannot take place within the stated processing period, we will provide an updated estimate and explain any cancellation and refund options required by law.

Tracking and delivery assistance

Tracking information is provided when the order is shipped. Tell us promptly if the address needs to be changed; once a parcel has left, a correction may no longer be possible. Contact us if tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, or a delivery is marked complete but has not reached you. We will review the issue with UPS and help arrange an appropriate resolution. A tracking update does not override applicable consumer rights.

Returns and support

You have 30 days after delivery to request an eligible return or exchange. We cover return shipping for all qualifying requests, including size changes and changes of mind, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
