These terms govern use of the Rosario's Clothing online store and purchases placed through it. Shopify provides the store platform. Review these terms alongside our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy when deciding to order.

Responsible use

Use the store only for lawful purposes. You must be legally able to make a purchase or have the permission and supervision required by law. Supply accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not interfere with security, misuse accounts, infringe rights, or send unlawful material. Protect any login details and tell us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Our products and listings

The range focuses on men's shirts and jackets, including denim, Oxford, poplin, camp-collar, plaid and flannel shirts, and denim, nylon, softshell, and lambskin jacket styles. The individual listing describes the particular garment, material, fit, care, and available sizes. Screen displays may affect perceived colors, but this does not remove remedies for materially inaccurate descriptions or faulty goods.

Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases. Check item quantities, discounts, applicable taxes, and the final checkout total. If an important pricing, description, or stock error affects your order, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund the unfulfilled portion. We will not add an unapproved extra charge.

Ordering and payment

An order acknowledgement means we have received your submission. Processing for shipment requires confirmed payment. Supported card networks are listed in the Payment Policy; the methods actually offered at checkout apply to your transaction and remain subject to provider and issuer approval. We may conduct reasonable checks to prevent fraud. If paid items cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund the affected items and related charges.

Shipping commitments

We offer free standard UPS shipping to eligible addresses in the United States, with no minimum order value. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit, for a combined estimate of 4–10 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays, regardless of the store's daily opening hours. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. The Shipping Policy explains address restrictions, tracking assistance, and how dispatch delays are handled, including applicable cancellation rights.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Requests for eligible returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days after delivery. We pay all eligible return and exchange shipping and do not charge restocking fees. The Return and Refund Policy explains garment condition, prepaid labels, exchanges, and refund review. Approved return refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item reaches us; posting time depends on the payment provider.

Contact us promptly about a change or cancellation. If dispatch has not occurred and fulfillment can be stopped, we cancel and initiate a refund within 7 business days, or sooner where legally required. Once shipped, the returns process applies. Cancellation of an unfulfilled order by us includes the affected products and related charges.

Content, privacy, and availability

Branding, photographs, descriptions, and other store material may be protected by intellectual property law. Do not reproduce protected content for commercial use without permission or another lawful basis. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. These terms do not replace any consent that privacy law requires.

Website availability can be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. External services and links have their own terms. Such interruptions or third-party issues do not automatically release us from our purchase obligations. Nothing here excludes a non-excludable warranty, liability, or consumer right.

Applicable law and revisions

Applicable US federal law and California law govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights where you live. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remainder to the extent permitted by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively take away agreed protections for a purchase already made.
